Ultimate Paint Protection are based in London, by Gatwick Airport. They offer top quality paint protection, vehicle, residential & commercial window tinting and vehicle signage. They’re nationwide, work for the likes of Caterham & are growing, fast.

THE CHALLENGE//

Having been incredibly successful in branching off nationwide Ultimate Tinting Gatwick and with an ever-expanding need for paint protection specifically, Ultimate Paint Protection discovered a need to sub-brand their paint protection arm. They approached us with a few notes on what they were looking to achieve, asking for big ideas to propel them in the right direction. Naturally, we were thrilled to oblige.

OUR SOLUTION//

Conceptually we made the decision that they required a sleek, luxurious identity to highlight their position in their market place & delivered final artwork that fully encapsulates this as an ideal. We then developed a multi-platform, content-managed website that blissfully marries usability and technology, whilst remaining completely on-brand throughout.

Morley Construction are one of Surrey’s leading building/ construction companies. Founded in the 50’s, Morley Construction has grown & adapted as the industry has over 6 decades, expanding to incorporate all aspects of the building trade in Surrey.

Following plans for developing a new core service offering, Morley Construction approached us requiring a top-end platform to launch from via multiple-mediums.

We re-structured their company branding top to bottom. Starting with their identity, we refreshed their company image enveloping an on-trend, modern feel & applied this across everything: uniforms, stationery, vehicle signage, print marketing & web outlets. We also built a fully content managed, multi-platform website including some of the latest in web-based effects to engage users & inspire enquiries.

They have been supplying Jet Ski Parts since the 1970’s via trade & retail outlets, and are leading in their market place.

THE CHALLENGE//

Line One Distributors are Europe’s leading Jet Ski parts & spares specialist – and have been since the 1970’s.  However, with eager trend-setting competitors on the scene, Line One found themselves fast out-dated visually and approached us with the view of re-establishing their leadership & placing themselves firmly back on top. First and foremost, our attention turned towards their identity & we completely re-defined their brand, focusing on the ‘extreme’. Their new identity is bold, eye-catching and oozes stature. Having completed the first phase of the project, we then moved on to their online presence.

OUR SOLUTION//

We developed a comprehensive, content-managed, responsive e-commerce website including a database of around 500 products, integrated with secure payment gateways & styled with brand consistency.

THE IMPACT//

Line One Distributors now have full control over their online shop front, meaning things like stock regulation & buying processes are much easier on the front & back-ends. Usability has improved exponentially which has in turn simplified the shopping experience, allowing users to find & purchase products without confusion and this coupled with the integration of secure payment gateways provides 100% user confidence.

Armstrong Fitness are a UK based fitness company providing high end personal fitness training, generic & bespoke fitness programs and nutrition plans within the health & fitness industry. They work with hundreds of clients, to achieve their individual goals, be that sporting achievement, injury rehab or general health and fitness.

THE CHALLENGE//

Having developed a new 12 week personal fitness program aimed at both males & females, Armstrong Fitness required assistance in correctly placing themselves and their products within their market place, online & offline.

OUR SOLUTION//

We analysed their competitors, paying close attention to what’s working in today’s health & fitness industry in the UK and abroad & came up with a fantastic new identity full of energy and dynamism. We took in to consideration how colour alters perceptions, mood & motivation & included a vibrant, premium colour pallet to run throughout.

With Armstrong Fitness’ strong new identity, we developed change across the brand including a content managed, e-commerce website, a comprehensive 12-week ‘focused’ fitness program design (for print & web) & a 56 page ‘focused’ exercise instructions booklet to run alongside the program. We coordinated a photoshoot to include on-brand photography throughout & provided art direction to ensure consistency.

We also sourced industry standard protein shakers from Germany & production for output at a competitive price point, branded t-shirts & the exploration of other merchandise & branded equipment for the future.

Brand Cycles are Surrey’s No.1 local bike retailer. They combine strong customer service & extensive product knowledge to provide a high-end store & web based service to their customers across the UK. They market online & offline and have a very well established brand locally.

THE CHALLENGE//

With a need for growth, in an ever-expanding competitive market, how could Brand Cycles improve the performance of their website & increase their web-based sales?

This was the question Brand Cycles posed when they approached us in August 2015. Their website was under-performing, and going against their monthly outlay with their previous design agency, it was dramatically affecting their bottom line.

OUR SOLUTION//

We created an easy to manage, modern, content-managed e-commerce website, incorporating a new fresh look to bring their branding forward and reflect the stature of their footing.

We looked in depth at their previous user experience & improved it in every aspect. It’s now responsive, easy to navigate & is strategically formatted to promote maximum sales.

Alongside, we developed a content managed, e-shot template to provide full control over their monthly mailers, a door-to-door print marketing campaign to enforce their presence online locally & we picked apart their social media presence to ensure top post reach. To support the launch, we created a Christmas themed competition that worked seamlessly between website & social media platform, whereby those who entered the competition could win a ‘mystery bike’ by liking, sharing and commenting on the competition thread, with the winner announced on Christmas Eve.

THE IMPACT//

Within two days of launching the new site, it had generated more sales than in all 3 years previous to it going live. That’s a sales increase of 1100% (and still rising by the day).

At the time of the launch their social media presence had increased by 76.5% & the Mystery Bike Competition performed 2684% better than any other post to date on their Facebook.

This has engaged a new higher gear in the motivation of the Brand cycles team, it’s inspired growth and brand control & consistency have improved.
